What's the difference between Super Admin, Admin, and Observer?
Think of it like your restaurant's org chart!
Super Admin: The GM or CFO. Full access to everything - approve, edit, reopen invoices, create users, manage all categories, vendor mapping, the works.
Admin: Floor manager or AP team. Can edit invoices, do vendor mapping, create sync reports, and pull data - but can't create new users or modify synced invoices.
Observer: Your supervisor or sous chef. Can view, upload, and download invoices and reports, but isn't responsible for approving or correcting anything.
Scanner: Vendors and other users. Can email/scan invoices in - zero account access.
