What file types can I submit?

We love: PDF, JPEG, & PNG

Our system will not recognize: ZIP, CSV, TEXT, RTF, DOCX, or XLSX.

Pro tip: Keep your scans at 300 DPI - it's the sweet spot for clarity without blowing up file sizes. Anything scanned too high gets automatically zipped by email clients, and zips cause bounce-backs.
