Onboarding Requirements
What do I need to provide to get started?
Here's what we'll need from you:
• Signed Payment Authorization Form & Service Agreement (we'll send via Docusign - easy!)
• Chart of Accounts with GL numbers (R365 & Bill.com customers - you just need names, no numbers needed!)
• Vendor list in IIF, CSV, Excel, or PDF format (include vendor IDs if necessary)
• List of users to add and their email addresses
Once we have all of that, we can start processing overnight.
