Invoice Bounce Back

My invoice upload is bouncing back. What should I check?

 Bounces happen - let's track it down! Here's your quick checklist:

• Is the upload email address right? (.Chouxbox addresses work too, not just .com)
• Are you sending a zip file? Those always bounce - send files directly.
• Is Gmail blocking it? Try a different email client if suspected.
• Does the user have a role and restaurant assigned? No role = unsuccessful upload.
