I removed a user's roles and now they've disappeared. Did I delete them?
Don't panic - they're still in there, they just went off the grid! When all roles are removed from a user, they disappear from your view because they have no location assigned. They haven't been deleted.
Important: do NOT try to re-add their email (you'll hit an 'email already exists' wall). Instead, reach out to our team and we'll find them and restore their access right away.
