Can an Observer approve invoices?
Not quite - Observers are in view-only mode when it comes to approvals. Think of them as your eyes on the floor, not the ones signing off. If someone on your team needs to approve invoices, they'll need to be bumped up to Admin or Super Admin. Just let us know and we can help sort out the right roles!
